Management Accountant / Financial Controller - Drogheda

Our client is an established construction and property development company based in Drogheda with a strong reputation and healthy pipeline of projects. They seek an experienced Management Accountant or Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and work closely with senior management.

The Role

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports;
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow;
• Monitor project costs, profitability and financial performance;
• Oversee accounting functions and financial controls;
• Liaise with accountants, auditors and financial institutions;
• Provide financial insight to senior management.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent);
• Strong senior accounting or finance experience;
• Experience within the construction or property industry is desirable;
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills;
• Able to take ownership of the finance function.
