MANAGED SERVICESPLATFORM ARCHITECT

Arrow Electronicsis seeking a Managed Services Platform Architectto design and oversee the architecture of our managed servicesplatform ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with keystakeholders and development partners to ensure the platform meetsfunctional requirements and operates securely within Arrow'sguidelines. You will play a critical role in shaping the platform'sevolution and ensuring the successful delivery of developmentprojects.

What will you be doing atArrow?

• Work with keystakeholders to identify and prioritize functional development ofthe managed services platform.
• Collaborate withdevelopment partners to ensure on-time releases, thorough testing,and high-quality developments.
• Provide theprogram manager with input on platform evolution and functionalreleases.
• Maintain the architectural design ofthe managed services platformecosystem.
• Maintain comprehensive documentationon processes and functional capabilities of the platformecosystem.
• Ensure the security of the ecosystemin accordance with Arrow guidelines andpolicies.
• Continuously assess the platform'sperformance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionalityand user experience.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate theminto architectural specifications.
• Stay updatedon industry trends and best practices related to managed servicesplatforms andarchitecture.

Whatare we looking for?

• Degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.
• 5+ years of experience in a platformarchitecture role, preferably within managed services or similarenvironments.
• Proven experience in working withstakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize developmentefforts.
• Strong knowledge of softwaredevelopment processes, including agilemethodologies.
• Experience with cloudtechnologies and services, ensuring security andcompliance.
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with diverseteams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills with attention to detail.
• Ability tomanage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
