Malting Production Operator - 4-on/4-off Shifts

Canada Malting in Burton upon Trent is seeking a hands-on Malt Operations Operator to oversee steeping, germination and kilning within a safe and compliant production environment. You will monitor and adjust process parameters to sustain quality, maintain hygiene, and support continuous plant operations.

You will also liaise with multiple departments to resolve issues, ensure on-time deliveries, and participate in daily briefings.
