We're seeking a Male Care Team Leader to join our dedicated team and work alongside our Service Manager in leading a well-established supported living service. This is more than a job-it's a chance to shape lives, empower individuals, and grow as a leader in a values-driven organisation.

The Role details:
- Contract: 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts: 07:00-14:30 and 14:30-22:00, with occasional waking nights and alternate weekends
- Driving Requirement: Must hold a full UK Driving Licence to operate company vehicles

Who We're Looking For:
Whether you're an experienced Care Team Leader or a Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, or a passionate Care Assistant ready to take the next step-we'll support your journey.
You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care. Responsibilities include:
- Staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training
- Medication and finance audits
- Health and safety checks
- Liaising with families and professionals
About the Service:
Located in a peaceful residential area, the service supports three men aged 30-40 with learning disabilities, mild mental health conditions, and schizophrenia. Their interests include:
- Cooking and shopping
- Watching TV and using iPads
- Horse racing and swimming
- Music, cars, and socialising in the community
Nearby amenities include Rushall Library, Bloxwich Active Living Centre, and a range of shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities in Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham.
