Project Delivery & Operations + Oversee the execution of all Major Works projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. + Implement robust governance, controls, and reporting to ensure projects meet financial and operational targets. + Drive continuous improvement in processes, reducing delays, overruns, and rework. + Ensure customer satisfaction and responsiveness for clients throughout all phases of project work, including periodic reviews of the quality management system and root cause analysis assessments. Financial Performance + Full P&L responsibility for the Major Works division. + Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and margin management. + Identify and eliminate loss-making projects, embedding a culture of commercial discipline. + Progress all relevant project variation orders with project team and to provide a solution for clients for any out-of-scope additional items as they arise Customer & Market Leadership + Build Liftec Express's reputation as a trusted partner for major lift projects. + Ensure strong customer communication, responsiveness, and delivery standards that exceed expectations. + Represent Liftec Express at industry events Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the lift or construction industry, with experience in both sales and project delivery. Strong industry reputation and network, with ability to attract new business and talent. Full P&L accountability experience, with evidence of driving profitability and growth. Deep understanding of lift modernisation and installation projects, including technical, commercial, and operational aspects. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with ability to inspire and hold teams accountable. Excellent commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills. Customer-focused, with strong relationship-building and influencing skills. Resilient and adaptable, with experience of leading in turnaround or transformation environments.
