With significant capabilities, the company, boasting nearly 200 employees, markets its products in over 80 countries through a network of distributors and is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician-Mechanic (H/F/N) 100%.Your missionThe maintenance technician-mechanic ensures troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technical or peripheral equipment. He or she performs preventive maintenance and participates in the development of equipment with the Engineering department.ActivitiesMaintenance- Diagnose failures and restore equipment.- Lock and unlock powered equipment to secure work.- Collaborate closely with the preventive maintenance service and the design office to update maintenance ranges and machine plans.- Ensure the history of interventions in the CMMS.- Plan and carry out preventive maintenance work, monitor equipment performance.- Ensure compliance with deadlines set by the maintenance manager.- Ensure the release of parts from stock.- Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation.Assistance and Advice- Establish with customers a relationship that allows understanding their needs.- Participate in the assembly and commissioning of new equipment or support maintenance management of first-degree and safety.- Know, respect, and apply hygiene and safety rules.- Apply the continuous improvement charter (AIC, working group).- Support his/her superior and the company in the internal domain.- Communicate any issues to his/her hierarchical superior.- Collaborate with operators/setters.MiscellaneousThe holder of the position may be required to perform all other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the company that may be requested by their superiors.Professional and personal competencies- Rigorous and methodical.- Organized.- Ability to work in a team.- Respectful.- Flexible and versatile.- Autonomous.- Good analyst (for solving technical problems).- Attentive to others.- Spirit of continuous improvement.Training and experience- CFC in poly-mechanics or equivalent.- Basic knowledge of electricity.- Good knowledge in TIG/MIG/MAG welding.- Minimally 5 years in mechanical maintenance.Working environment: VallorbeType of schedule: 2x8 shifts then eventually 3x8Start of activity: immediately or to be agreed uponIf you meet these criteria and the challenge associated with the position interests you, we invite you to apply via Jobup.
