Salary: Excellent base salary generous shift allowance

Shift Pattern: Continental shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults to minimize downtime.
- Carry out routine checks and inspections to ensure the efficient running of machinery.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to maintain optimal operation levels.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and support ongoing improvements in machinery performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in line with industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, ideally within the food production or manufacturing sector (experience with red meat production is a plus).
- Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on fault diagnosis and repair.
- Experience with industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
