€3,500 - €3,780 Gross per month + 32% Shift Allowance

TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire a Maintenance Team Leader. In this position you will manage a team of maintenance technicians . The Ideal candidate will have experience within a high-speed manufacturing/distribution environment with automated machinery.

Shift

• 2 early shifts 05:30 - 14:00
• 2 late shifts 13:30 - 22:00h
• 2 night shifts 21:30 - 06:00h
• 4 days off
• 2-2-2-4 Schedule + 121 hours/year = 36 work hours on average per week

Responsibilities:

• Together with your team, effectively and efficiently carrying out inspections, repairs and maintenance (corrective, preventive and predictive) on all equipment.
• Guiding and supporting the work of your team and acting as a point of contact;
• Taking the lead in coordinating the quality and progress of the work with the customer;
• Identifying, signalling and communicating (technical) problems and equipment malfunctions;
• Solving problems and making improvement proposals to prevent problems and/or improve the operation of the equipment (continuous improvement);
• Ensuring a pleasant and safe working environment.

Required experience:

• Work experience as a maintenance and/or fault engineer
• Experience in supervising and supporting work within a team.
• Adequate speaking and writing skills in English.
• Flexible, willing to work in a shift roster.
• Pro-active, result- and solution-oriented, flexible, team-oriented and stress-resistant.
• Communicative and motivational go-between, and recognisable as such to customers and colleagues.
• Experience working within high-speed automated environment.
