Maintenance Team Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking a senior Service Technician to take on a dual role that includes shift-leading responsibilities. In this role, you'll manage your shift team while performing hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting in a highly automated logistics facility. This is an ideal opportunity for a technician with several years of experience who is ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift activities, ensuring efficient handovers and task distribution
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults across mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Provide first-line response and determine when to escalate issues to second-line engineers
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of incidents and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures
• Mentor and support junior technicians on shift

Required Qualifications

• MBO4-level education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• 3+ years of experience in a comparable maintenance or technical role
• Comfortable working in high-paced, automated environments
• Experience leading or mentoring a team is a strong advantage
• Skilled in Dutch; English is a plus
