Maintenance Planner (m/f/d)

Position:

• Collaborate with the Production Planning Department to develop and execute annual and monthly maintenance plans for Maintenance and Production lines, ensuring timely completion, including outsourced maintenance
• Enhance machine performance and reduce spare part costs by developing and maintaining effective maintenance systems
• Oversee the maintenance and readiness of sub-assembly units by coordinating the maintenance team's schedule and managing inventory for the mechanical and embosser rooms
• Collaborate with the Production Planning Department to coordinate and evaluate outsourced maintenance activities
• Support Advanced Spare Parts studies and balance spare parts inventory levels to achieve targeted cost efficiency
• Participate in and lead safety, production performance, non-tobacco materials (NTM), and tobacco yield and quality improvement projects

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Maintenance Planning
• Technical higher education
• Strong organizational, analytical and technical skills
• The ability to set priorities, communicate with clarity and lead training sessions
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system (SAP preferred). Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset
• Good English language skills. German language knowledge would be an advantage
