Maintenance Person

KC Group are hiring on behalf of an established organisation who require a Caretaker to provide temporary cover In the Solihull Area. This is a full time temporary role, based onsite Monday-Friday, and offers an hourly rate of £13.50-£14.00 per hour. Key Information about the Caretaker role:

• Start Date: ASAP subject to vetting
• Working Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Ability to work proactively in a reactive team environment, doing a wide range of physical tasks in a large campus.
• General ability to support repairs and working with caretaking team to respond to unknown requirements from various departments.

To be considered for the Caretaker role:

• No specific qualifications are required for the role
• Experience of providing practical site services to a range of customers essential
• Experience of working as part of a team for specific projects and planning issues such as parking on large events
• Experience of and ability to respond to difficult or emergency situations
• Ability to maintain good professional relations with customers and contractors
• Ability to undertake and complete basic maintenance and refurbishment tasks
