Property Maintenance Assistant (No Experience Required)
Location: Stevenage and surrounding areas
Pay: £18 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team, helping to maintain vacant properties across the Stevenage area. This is a straightforward but important role ensuring water systems remain in good condition while properties are unoccupied.No qualifications or prior experience are required. Full guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit empty properties twice per week
- Run taps and flush toilets to maintain water systems
- Check for any visible issues or concerns
- Report findings clearly and promptly
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Good time management and reliability
- Trustworthy and able to work independently
- Attention to detail
