Maintenance Operative / Handyman

As a private house builder known for building quality homes, we require a Maintenance Operative to assist with the building and completion of new build homes to a high standard. Also, responsible for assessing and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance repairs to properties.

• Liaise with customers and tradesmen to carry out work promptly to the required standard


• Comply with health and safety in construction

Skills required:

• Well organised with a high standard of workmanship


• Good communication and basic IT skills


• Trades background or knowledge of property and NHBC standards would be an advantage


• A current full driving licence is desirable.
