Maintenance Operations Leader - Social Housing

Citizen Housing Group in Coleshill area is seeking an Operations Manager to drive maintenance performance across our field teams. You will lead Supervisors and trades, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction while delivering work on time and on budget.

You'll shape performance data, develop technical capability, support voids and project work, and contribute to long-term service strategy, acting as the calm, capable leader on busy days.
