Maintenance Operations Lead - Facilities & Fleet (On-Call)

Weldmar is seeking a hands-on maintenance coordinator to oversee the reactive and planned maintenance programme across all Weldmar sites in Dorset. You will lead the maintenance team and manage contractors to keep facilities compliant and running smoothly.

You will triage, schedule, and oversee projects for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment; inspire colleagues; source external contractors; and ensure activities align with regulatory procedures.
