Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Apple Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for a Maintenance Officer based in Newtownabbey.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy maintenance team, carrying out property inspections, coordinating repair works and liaising with contractors, tenants and other stakeholders to ensure maintenance services are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day inspections of properties and issue repair works.
  Undertake Change of Tenancy inspections.
  Review completed maintenance works and inspect properties for payment approval.
  Liaise with contractors, tenants and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  Support the effective delivery of maintenance services across the area.

Essential Criteria Applicants should have:

• 1-5 years' relevant industry experience.
  A degree with 1 year's industry experience, OR 3 years' industry experience.
  Intermediate IT proficiency.
  Basic Access NI clearance (required prior to commencement).
