Lammermuir House provides high-quality care for up to 48 residents with nursing needs, within a purpose-built, modern facility.

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Officer to take the lead in ensuring our home is always running at its best from the inside out. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping our environment safe, welcoming, and fully functional, so that residents and staff can enjoy peace of mind every single day.

What We Offer

• £12.21 per hour
• Contracted to 22.5 hours per week

You're confident managing projects, from small upgrades to full-scale renovations, and you know how to keep things moving efficiently without cutting corners. Above all, you care about doing things properly because in this setting, even the smallest job can make a big difference.

Strong communication, leadership, and a good understanding of health & safety legislation are key and you'll be comfortable working flexibly to meet the evolving needs of the home.
