Job Description
About the Role 
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of our hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring the property is in top condition, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and costs.
- Ensure all hotel facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring high-performance standards.
- Respond quickly to maintenance issues reported by guests or hotel staff.
- Oversee contracts and work performed by external contractors.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor energy efficiency and implement cost-saving measures.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for maintenance operations.
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
