Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager with a background in heavy plant and mobile equipment? We're recruiting for a hands-on leadership role within a busy and growing operation, overseeing the maintenance and performance of mobile plant and recycling equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of site-based work, team leadership and operational planning in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• c£50,000 per annum

Key Duties:

• Oversee maintenance and repair of mobile plant and equipment
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and breakdown response
• Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers
• Monitor plant performance and minimise downtime
• Maintain maintenance records and liaise with suppliers/contractors
• Support day-to-day operational efficiency and safety standards

• Hydraulic & Ancillary Plant Equipment

Criteria:

• Experience in heavy plant or mobile equipment maintenance
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic fault-finding skills
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work both hands-on and administratively
