They are now looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to support the next phase of their growth and ensure the highest standards of equipment reliability, plant performance, and maintenance excellence are maintained. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing preventative and predictive maintenance programmes, leading a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing site projects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility. This role would suit a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer from a Food Manufacturing background looking to join an industry-leading organisation offering long-term career development and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
