Maintenance Manager - Lead 5 Plants to Maximize Uptime

Kilsaran is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to lead site maintenance across five production facilities in Dunboyne, Co.Meath. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role covers mechanical and electrical maintenance, safety and continuous improvement.

You will develop preventative and corrective maintenance programmes, optimise the CMMS, manage spares and external contractors, and mentor the team to build internal capability and drive uptime.
