Maintenance Manager - Drive Safe, Reliable Energy Recovery

Encyclis is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our Energy Recovery Facility. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, drive safe, reliable, and cost-effective asset care, and report to the Plant Manager within a growing energy-from-waste operation.

You will partner with regional teams to standardise best practices, improve OEE, and support continuous improvement across Encyclis sites.
