Maintenance Leader - Energy Recovery Plant (Midlands)

Encyclis Limited in Birmingham, UK, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our Energy Recovery Facility. You will coordinate day-to-day activities of electrical and mechanical teams and contractors, embedding best practice to ensure assets are maintained safely, reliably and cost-effectively.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll drive operational excellence, meet and exceed OEE and KPI targets, and collaborate with the Regional Engineering Team and peers across
