Maintenance Lead - Care Homes & Facilities

LV Care Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Crovan Court Nursing & Residential Home on the Isle of Man. You will join the Maintenance Team to oversee building and equipment upkeep while safeguarding residents' quality of life during works.

Key tasks include planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with managers, safety compliance, and coordinating contracts. Experience in plumbing, gas, or electrical trades and IOSH or equivalent safety training are preferred.
