Salary: £48,972 per year + pension, healthcare, cycle to work

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity in a manufacturing environment?

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be working with a leading manufacturer based in Barnsley, currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to join their team on a permanent basis.

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across factory machinery

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to reduce downtime

Support development and delivery of Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules

Work on continuous improvement projects to optimise plant performance

Fault-find on PLC-controlled equipment (any programming knowledge is a bonus)

Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise disruption

Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)

Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar role

Basic mechanical knowledge (multi-skilled ideal)

Comfortable working on a Panama shift pattern

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
