Week 1: Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:10 Friday 06:00 - 13:00

Week 2: Monday to Thursday 14:00 - 22:10 Friday 13:00 - 20:00

1 in 8 week rotation - Sun - Thurs 10pm - 6am
