Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Participate in regular inspections and audits to ensure optimal operational standards.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
