The roleHands-on mechanical engineering keeping the site running efficiently and safely:

  • Mechanical repairs, fitting, welding, fabrication

  • Planned preventative maintenance and overhauls

  • Fault finding and problem solving on plant and machinery

  • Accurate CMMS usage and logging all work

  • Clear handovers and ownership of tasks from start to finish

  • Work with Engineering Leads/Manager on scheduled work

  • Support continuous improvement and site performance

  • Work alongside contractors as needed

Who we're looking for

  • Solid mechanical maintenance experience in production or manufacturing

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Reliable, practical, takes pride in completing jobs properly
