Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. Based in Leicestershire, you will be working across sites throughout the East Midlands and West Midlands, ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding
• Repairing and maintaining mechanical and/or electrical equipment
• Minimising downtime and ensuring smooth operational performance
• Completing maintenance reports and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures

• Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Full UK driving licence (advantageous)

• Reliable and punctual individual
• Proactive and hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Flexible approach to working across multiple sites
