Job Description

Salary - £20.69 per hour - 15% nights premium and bonus. Full year OTE between £52,000 - £59,000 plus overtime opportunities

42 hour shift rotation (days, nights, weekends)

salary calculation is for full time full year earnings, plus bonus payment (based on the past 3 years bonus earnings average)

Our Maintenance Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring that the huge range of warehouse machinery and equipment are maintained and repaired as required to ensure the operation runs smoothly, implementing management instruction with regard to all aspects of the role and ensure awareness of Health and Safety, working in a specialist field.

We're looking for Level 3, Apprentice trained Electrical Maintenance Engineers with experience and knowledge of:

  • Fault finding and diagnosis on a range of PLC controlled equipment
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on a range of pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and robots in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices
  • Analysis and resolution of Electrical and Mechanical faults and repairs
  • Conducting regular inspections whilst assisting in the completion and review of risk assessments for the department
  • ASI and Profibus systems

The role will require the successful candidate to work at heights of up to 20m with appropriate training. You'll also have excellent communication skills and be PC literate.
