Location: Antrim
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum + shift premium (for any evening work)
Hours: Monday to Friday, day shift with an early finish on Fridays

Our client, a large and well-established manufacturing company based in Antrim, is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing engineering team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a modern, high-volume production site where you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
The RoleAs a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all plant machinery and equipment, ensuring the site operates at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement timely repairs to reduce downtime.
- Support continuous improvement projects and contribute ideas to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with all health, safety, and quality standards.
- Support engineering projects, upgrades, and installations as required.
- Time-served or qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment (essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and reliability.
- Confident in both mechanical and electrical fault finding.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
