Shift Maintenance Engineer - Multi-Skilled
Location: Leicester
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off - Rotating Days & Nights (12-hour shifts)
Salary: £54,848.25 per annum (incl. 27.4% shift allowance)
Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus (up to 7%)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on engineering support to maintain production efficiency
- Perform both planned preventative and reactive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Keep accurate maintenance records using our CMMS system
- Work closely with production teams to support performance targets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer
- C&G / NVQ Level 3 or ONC / HNC in a relevant engineering discipline
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills (especially on PLC-driven equipment)
- Good mechanical abilities or willingness to upskill
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Days: 06:45-19:00
- Nights: 18:45-07:00
- £54,848.25 annual salary (including shift allowance)
