We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation based in Ashbourne, who are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their evening shift maintenance team.
This Maintenance Electrician job offers an excellent opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment where reliability, safety and continuous improvement are key priorities. The successful Maintenance Electrician will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient running of plant equipment, responding to breakdowns, and supporting preventative maintenance activities across the facility.
This role would suit a qualified electrician with strong industrial maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting faults, improving equipment performance and working within a collaborative engineering team.

- Evening shift hours - Monday to Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 2pm-9pm
- 32 days annual leave plus pension and medical cover
- Carry out electrical maintenance across production equipment and site facilities
- Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs to minimise downtime
- Perform planned preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
- Respond to breakdowns and implement effective fault-finding solutions

- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety standards

- Electrical qualification
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of production equipment and automated machinery desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Strong focus on safety, reliability and problem-solving
