About the role:

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Electrical Engineer to take a leading role in keeping our production environment running smoothly and improving every day.

You'll work closely with our local technical team, to reduce downtime, upgrade our equipment, and help us deliver exceptional products - all while growing your own skills and expertise in a fast-paced, purpose-driven company.

Your mission:

• Take ownership of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting across a wide range of industrial systems including control panels, sensors, PLCs, and drives
• Drive improvements and upgrades to our production lines, helping boost efficiency, reduce breakdowns, and support scale-up
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to solve issues quickly and effectively, keeping downtime to a minimum
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the team's professional development by training and mentoring others
• Be part of engineering and innovation projects, working alongside experts in Israel and the Netherlands
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with electrical and safety regulations

What you'll bring:

• MBO 3 with 5+ years of experience, or MBO 4 in Electrical Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing industrial electrical systems
• Familiarity with automation systems, PLCs (preferably Siemens/TIA Portal), and electrical troubleshooting
• Fluent in English is a must; Dutch is a strong advantage
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement
• Experience with BRC/HACCP/GMP or TPM/Lean principles is a plus
