Brief

Maintenance Craftsperson needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Maintenance Craftsperson that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate must hold their NVQ Level 2 within carpentry. You will be tasked to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric - ensuring safe, efficient operations aligned with the PPM schedule.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Maintenance Craftsperson will include:

• Conduct scheduled and reactive maintenance using trade skills.
• Maintain qualifications and up-to-date knowledge.
• Report hazards promptly and manage materials/orders.
• Supervise contractors and operatives.
• Complete all job-related documentation accurately.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rota.
• Follow Company policies on Health & Safety, Quality, and Customer Care

What experience you need to be the successful Maintenance Craftsperson:

• Qualified craftsperson with relevant trade experience.
• Strong technical and supervisory skills.
• Good organisational and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused and safety-conscious.
• Willing to join an on-call rota.
