To strengthen our team in the (FR) market, we are looking for someone for the Maintenance (M/F) position at 100% starting immediately or by agreement. Your responsibilities: Ensure professional service, advice, and quality for our customers. Maintain and clean the building, restrooms, and exteriors. Ensure overall cleanliness of offices/common areas and report any defects. Carry out various manual tasks (painting, electricity, etc.). Manage waste sorting according to legal requirements. Your profile: You have a vocational diploma in the building field or an equivalent qualification. You are comfortable with manual work and have experience in cleaning large surfaces. Attentive to quality work and in good physical condition, you are comfortable with working at heights. You are flexible and available (working hours from 5:00 AM to 9:30 PM), including Saturdays. You communicate easily with others and are fluent in French. Ideal age for this position: 20 to 40 years.
