Salary

£27,122 per annum plus monthly service charge typically £3,400 annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the hotel to the highest level of presentation
  • Work as a team member and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Carry out all necessary tasks as instructed by the Maintenance Manager or Supervisor
  • Ensure the highest levels of presentation of the Hotel are always kept
  • Uphold the team SOPs given to you
  • Ensure daily health and safety checks are carried out in accordance with the company's health and safety policy
  • Participate willingly in organised training sessions within the hotel and own department
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure

  • Hands on approach to work, always being productive and looking to improve

  • Possess a positive attitude and a desire to learn
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
