Maintenance Assistant

Behind every seamless luxury experience is a safe, immaculately maintained environment. We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of our iconic hotel, ensuring all guest and back of house areas operate safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The Person

• Practical, reliable and proactive in approach
• A strong team player with a professional, service focused mindset
• Calm and adaptable when responding to varied maintenance needs
• Detail orientated with pride in high standards of workmanship
• Flexible and willing to support hotel operations as required

The Role

• Support daily maintenance operations across the hotel
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are safe and fully operational
• Minimise guest impact through efficient, discreet maintenance work
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards
• Work collaboratively with Engineering and wider hotel teams

Key Responsibilities

• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Carry out basic repairs, inspections and safety checks
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest or operational issues
• Adhere to grooming, security and sustainability procedures.
