Be a part of it.Job DescriptionCygnet have been providing a national network of high quality specialist mental health services for more than 30 years.With us, you'll work in a vibrant, supportive culture tailored to help you thrive.As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll help provide a safe & healthy environment for our patients & service users.You'll be working Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm (40) hours a week in a hospital that offers CAMHS Tier 4 PICU, General Acute and Low Secure services across four wards which provide a defined treatment pathway from admission through to intervention and discharge including rapid assessment and treatment.Your day to day:Provide a comprehensive maintenance & repair serviceCarry out a range of tasks including basic joinery, plumbing, painting & general building, grounds workMaintain plant and services in working orderComply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment &potential hazardsUndertake Planned Preventative Maintenance checks as per schedule, document findings and report required actionsYou are:Skilled at DIY & general maintenanceExperienced in all types of painting and decorating in both indoor and outdoor environmentsHold a full valid driving licenceAble to communicate at all levels & record detailed, accurate maintenance informationPreferably Level 2 Diploma qualified in Maintenance/Painting & DecoratingFriendly, conscientious & an excellent team member with a positive attitudeWhy Cygnet?
