Job Description

NB Housing in Belfast offers a Property Services Apprenticeship within the maintenance department. You will gain hands-on experience while studying for recognised qualifications through Northwest Regional College, including the OCN (NI) Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice and the CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice.

The programme is a 2-year fixed term, based at the office 4 days per week with one study day.
