Maintenance & Safety Technician - Luxury Care Home

Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited at Hendon Hall in Hendon is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our luxury care home safe, functional and well maintained. You will repair, improve and service facilities, prioritise requests and work under health and safety guidelines to protect residents.

Key duties include PAT testing of electrical equipment, maintaining records, and advising on preventative maintenance.
