Job Description

E3 Recruitment is recruiting an Engineering Manager for a highly automated, process-based manufacturing facility. You will report to the Plant Director and collaborate with the Group Engineering Director to drive reliability, Planned/Preventive maintenance and a high-performing engineering team.

The role requires transforming the engineering function, implementing TPM/PPM, CMMS and delivering major maintenance projects with tight budgets and strong governance.
