Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement and champion preventive maintenance strategies to minimise downtime.
• Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM): Leverage RCM principles to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Utilities Oversight: Ensure optimal performance and compliance of facility utilities.

Skills and Expertise:

• Engineering Expertise: Strong technical foundation to manage and improve plant maintenance processes in compliance with requirements.
• Sector Knowledge: Prior experience working in heavily regulated environments, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry.
