Maintenance & Process Excellence Lead - Onsite

Morgan McKinley in Ballitore, Co. Kildare, onsite, seeks a Maintenance & Process Manager to lead maintenance and drive process improvements across manufacturing operations. You will work with Production, Quality and Engineering to boost reliability, efficiency and product quality.

The role requires strong leadership in maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven approaches. CMMS and GMP/regulatory awareness are advantageous.
