Maintenance and Infrastructure Manager - Pharmaceutical

For one of our clients Maintenance & Infrastructures - Pharmaceutical sector, the Axepta firm is looking for a Maintenance & Infrastructure Manager. Main mission:Lead maintenance activities and infrastructure management in a regulated industrial environment, ensuring performance, compliance, and production continuity.Key responsibilities:Organize and supervise the maintenance of equipment, buildings, and utilities, deploy preventive maintenance plans, and steer projects and performance improvements, as well as optimize spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Manage, train, and develop the team.Profile sought:Bachelor's degree +3/5 in engineering, maintenance, or equivalent. Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in a regulated industrial environment - GMP. Mastery of quality standards (GMP, ISO) and tools (ERP, MES, Excel). Knowledge in Lean / Six Sigma is appreciated.Key skills:Analysis of failures and problem-solving. Management of technical projects.
