The Role

Manage day-to-day reactive maintenance across a multi-building estate

Lead and support in-house engineers and contractors

Ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work

Monitor SLAs, KPIs and service standards

Act as escalation point for technical issues

Contribute to resource planning and budget oversight

This is a hands-on operational leadership role within a structured, professional estate environment.

The Candidate

Maintenance / Building Services background (Electrical or Mechanical)

Experience managing engineering teams

Strong knowledge of compliance, PPM and reactive systems

Background in estates, NHS, MOD, education or FM environments advantageous

Package & Benefits

Salary scale up to £46,049 (Grade 6 progression)

Optional on-call rota (£3,800 per annum)

Duty Holder responsibilities available (£2,360 per annum)

15% employer pension contribution

40 days' annual leave (rising with service)

Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week
