Maghrebi Arabic SME Coach & Quality Champion

Teleperformance is seeking a SME (Maghrebi Arabic) in Dublin, Ireland, to support and coach team members while enforcing policies. As a core part of our operations, you will help ensure quality standards and assist new hires in their development. You must be fluent in Maghrebi Arabic and possess strong communication skills and a minimum of 2 years of relevant operations experience.

In this onsite role, you will also foster a supportive environment by investigating issues and advocating for our community while balancing operational efficiency.
