This position involves production scheduling and implementing processes to meet departmental objectives. Furthermore, the role includes responsibility for the Apprentice Center, with direct oversight of the entire program X CFC. Main responsibilities: Define and implement objectives for milling and turning machines (CNC machines) to meet defined targets (machine utilization rate, productive hours) Ensure a high level of quality by minimizing non-conformity rates Ensure the proper implementation of the 4-year apprenticeship program to guarantee optimal and efficient use of hours and the timely acquisition of the Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Polymechanics Identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities, implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments Train and support teams on new processes and opportunities and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the main departmental processes Ensure that all processes comply with applicable laws and standards (ISO and ESG) jid58d2778aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
