We're looking for an Arborist who has the capabilities to use forestry Machines who takes pride in safe, efficient machine handling and wants to be part of a values driven, high performance team.

If you enjoy working at high standards and operating machinery with precision, staying one step ahead of the crew, and contributing to smooth, fast, safe site operations - this role is for you.

The responsibilities

• Working within all aspects of arboriculture.
• Operate specialist arboricultural machinery (e.g., Green Climber, Robo mulcher, MEWPs, stump grinders, chippers)
• Maintain machines to a professional standard
• Move equipment safely across sites and challenging terrain
• Assist with site set up, traffic control, and housekeeping
• Work closely with Crew Leaders on workflow and risk assessments
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times

What you bring

• Proven experience operating arboriculture or land based machinery
• Strong awareness of safety, terrain, and risk
• Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
