Machine Operator

Location: SheffieldShift Pattern: Days and Nights (12 hour shifts)Salary: £13.39ph

Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing business based in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Machine Operator. This role would suit someone with a strong background in plastics manufacturing who is comfortable working a rotating shift pattern.

• Operating and monitoring production machinery within a manufacturing environment

• Working with plastic processing equipment, including extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding, or print machinery

• Carrying out basic machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers

• Monitoring product quality to ensure output meets required specifications

• Completing production documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Adhering to all health, safety, and company procedures

• Proven experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment

• Essential experience within plastic manufacturing

• Hands-on experience using extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding, or print machines

• Ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including both days and nights

• A reliable and conscientious approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
